’s Dr. Amanda Olson, certified pelvic floor rehabilitation therapist, is excited to announce that she has published her first book, Restoring The Pelvic Floor For Women. The book provides you with a more in-depth look at what the pelvic floor is, what it does, and how to manage the pain and discomfort that accompany life events that may have injured it. The goal of the book is to present non-surgical alternatives to pelvic floor injuries and issues such as urinary and fecal incontinence, constipation, pain in the bladder or pelvic floor, or after recovery from an injury.
