Getting Started with Your Pelvic Wand
Step-by-Step Guide
01
Prepare
Wash your hands and cleanse your Pelvic Wand with Intimate Rose Foaming Cleanser or soap before use.
02
Get Comfortable
Lie on your back.
Use pillows for support as needed.
03
Apply Lubricant
Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to the wand tip.
04
Insert Gently
Gently insert the wand vaginally or rectally.
05
Find Tender Spots
Locate tender spots and apply gentle pressure — about what you'd use to check if a tomato is ripe.
06
Hold & Breathe
Hold pressure for 30-90 seconds. Moving your leg on the same side can help ease the pain.
Repeat for various tender spots.
Gentle Massage
Gently sweep the wand from the tailbone area toward the right hip, up to the pubic bone, out toward the left hip, and back down.
Repeat sweeping motions in tender areas for 5–10 minutes.
Do this 2–3 times per day or per week.

Frequently Asked Questions
We’re always happy to answer your queries
Is the pelvic wand safe?
Yes, the pelvic wand is made from smooth, medical-grade, body-safe silicone that is gentle on sensitive areas. Its ergonomic, doctor-designed shape allows for safe and controlled use when used as directed.
Who should use a pelvic wand?
Anyone looking to ease pelvic floor tension, tightness, or discomfort at home. It’s designed for all bodies and works well on its own or alongside pelvic floor therapy.
How often should I use it?
Once or twice a day as needed. Listen to your body and adjust to what feels comfortable for you.
Which lubricant should I use?
Water-based only — never silicone-based, which can damage the wand’s surface. We recommend our Serenity Water-Based Lubricant, formulated to pair perfectly with the wand.
Is it beginner friendly?
Yes. The ergonomic, doctor-designed shape and our step-by-step video guides make it easy to start at home, even your first time — and our dedicated support team is here to help if any questions come up.
How do I clean it?
Wash with warm water and mild soap — or our gentle Foaming Cleanser — before and after each use, then let it air dry.
