Messaging Privacy Policy
This Messaging Program Privacy Policy explains how Intimate Rose collects and uses information about you in relation to its text message marketing program (the “Messaging Service”). We use Braze to help deliver the Messaging Service to you. For the purposes of the Messaging Service, Braze acts as our service provider and data processor, handling your information on our behalf and on our instructions, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, our main Privacy Policy, and Braze’s Privacy Policy.
Collection of Information
We collect various information on our behalf from and about you, including information you directly provide when you use the Messaging Service. For example, we collect the phone number and email address you provided when signing up for the Messaging Service. When you send messages via the Messaging Service, we will also collect your messaging history and any information included in those messages.
We may also collect information about you using cookies or similar technologies. Cookies are pieces of information that are stored by your browser on the hard drive or memory of your device. Cookies enable personalization of your experience on the Messaging Service (e.g., sending you personalized text messages such as shopping cart reminders).

SMS and MMS Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive marketing text messages (SMS and MMS) from Intimate Rose at the number you provided. These messages may include promotions, special offers, abandoned cart reminders, new product announcements, educational content about pelvic and intimate health, and other marketing communications. As noted elsewhere in this Policy, consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase, message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.
Opting Out. You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time using any of the opt-out keywords listed in the “Choices and Controls” section of this Policy (STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPT OUT), or by contacting us using the contact information provided in this Policy. We honor opt-out requests within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
Transactional Messages After Opt-Out. Even after you opt out of marketing text messages, we may continue to send transactional or informational messages where permitted by law. These include, without limitation, order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, account notifications, customer service replies, and other non-marketing communications related to your relationship with Intimate Rose.
Delivery Timing and Quiet Hours. We strive to initiate marketing text messages only during hours permitted by applicable federal and state law. The federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) generally permits marketing messages between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in the recipient’s local time. Several states enforce stricter windows, including (but not necessarily limited to):
- Florida, Oklahoma, Washington, Maryland, New Jersey, and Mississippi — marketing messages only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. local time.
- Connecticut — marketing messages only between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. local time.
- Texas — marketing messages only between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and between 12:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Sundays, local time.
Other states may impose additional restrictions on days, holidays, or message frequency. Where more than one rule applies, we follow the stricter rule.
Carrier and Network Delays. Although we initiate marketing messages within these intended windows, actual delivery to your device is subject to wireless carrier transmission, network conditions, device status, and other factors outside our control. As a result, messages we initiate within a permitted delivery window may occasionally be delivered outside that window — including outside applicable quiet hours — because of carrier or network delay. In rare cases, a technical or operational error on our side may also result in a marketing message being sent or delivered outside intended hours. By opting in, you acknowledge and understand that these delays or errors may occur, even though Intimate Rose does not intend to send marketing messages in violation of applicable law.
Carrier Liability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No Third-Party Marketing Sharing. Consistent with the “Sharing of Information” section of this Policy, we do not share your mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Protection of Information
We take a variety of physical, technical, administrative, and organizational security measures based on the sensitivity of the information we collect to protect your information against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. Unfortunately, no online activity can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information against unauthorized use or disclosure, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide. We do not accept liability for unintentional disclosure.
Retention of Information
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Messaging Service or as needed to comply with applicable legal obligations. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to resolve disputes, protect us and our customers, and enforce our agreements. We retain proof of your consent (including the date, time, and method of opt-in) as required by law.
Choices and Controls
Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt-out of receiving further commercial text messages via the Messaging Service by responding to any of our text messages with any of the following replies: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPT OUT.
