First, let me say I am 75 years old, the mother of 4. I have suffered many years with bladder leakage. I have tried doing Kegel exercises for years with little success. [...] I started with the lightest weight for about two weeks and then moving on to the next weight. At this point I maintain holding the weight without it slipping out and no leaking.

Leaking usually comes down to a weak pelvic floor muscle. Like any muscle, it can be trained. Progressive Kegel weights give it something to work against. Every session builds something a pad never could.
When I started with these weights, I couldn't even keep the lightest weight in. Thanks to the videos and the weights, I'm already on the 2nd color and already have had significantly less bladder leakage.

It’s not just the leaking. It’s everything you’ve missed trying to avoid it.

The difference
When a ceiling leaks, you put a bucket under it. Of course you do. You'd be mopping the floor otherwise. But nobody mistakes the bucket for the fix.
Pads are the bucket. They help after the leak happens, and they do that well. They just never reach the muscle underneath.

Women who started where you are
"I'm so happy I bought these weights. I've been seeing a physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor disorders. She recommended that I try this set of vaginal weights in particular because they are higher quality than some other plastic ones she used to recommend. [...] I've been following the system for 2 weeks now and I already feel a big difference!"
"Recommended by my pelvic floor PT to strengthen muscles. Really should be sent home with every woman postpartum or at the Gyn. Essential for lifelong wellness."
"Got these after consulting with a pelvic floor therapist. Regular kegel worked but I couldn't tell if I was doing the kegel right. [...] When I started on my first weight, I could do only 1:30 sec and after a month I am up to 8 mins. I can definitely feel the improvement and the feedback it provides is invaluable."
"I bought this kegel set after using them consistently with my physical therapist, so I got a set to use at home. I've definitely noticed a difference in my ability to hold my bladder and overall muscle strength. [...] They make me feel like I don't need to wear a panty liner most days anymore."
"These weights really help with incontinence when done consistently. I have been using them once a day for 15 minutes and can tell a difference."
"A simple concept that does work, it does strengthen the pelvic muscles, it is noticeable as one moves from wearing one weight to the next heavier weight! And the cost was so reasonable!"
"I never realized quite how weak my pelvic floor muscles were. Starting with the smallest weight, which was difficult at first, I have been impressed by this product."
"I have used them for about a month now and am excited to see how prolapse issues will improve with continued use. These are easy to use, comfortable, high quality, and challenging to say the least!"
"Very easy to use. I started with a lighter weight and gradually increased it. It is helping with my bladder control."
"When I started with these weights, I couldn't even keep the lightest weight in. Thanks to the videos and the weights, I'm already on the 2nd color and already have had significantly less bladder leakage."

Common Questions
Which weight should I start with — and what if it falls out?
Start with the lightest one, even if you think you're stronger than that. Almost everyone finds the first weight harder to hold than expected, and if it slips out, that's information rather than failure. Try lying down first, then build up to standing and moving as you get more comfortable.
How will I know when to move up a weight?
When you can hold the one you're on comfortably for the full fifteen minutes while moving around, you're ready for the next color. There's no schedule to keep to — some people move up within two weeks, others take longer, and both are fine.
How long do I use them for, and can I move around?
Fifteen minutes a day. Most people do it while showering, getting ready, or doing things around the house rather than setting time aside — insert, carry on with what you're doing, and let the muscles work. Once you reach your target strength, fifteen minutes twice a week keeps it there.
Do I need lubricant, and how do I clean them?
A little lubricant, genuinely just a little. The most common mistake is using too much, which makes the weight slide straight out and gives a misleading sense of your strength. The bundle includes both the lubricant and a foaming cleanser made for silicone, so afterwards it's a pump of cleanser, a rinse, and leave to air dry completely.
I have a prolapse, or I've had surgery or a baby. Can I use these?
Check with your provider or a pelvic floor physical therapist first, and ask specifically about internal use. Plenty of customers come to these after exactly that kind of referral — it's just worth confirming that strengthening is the right direction for your situation before you start.
Will anyone be able to tell I'm wearing one?
No. They sit internally like a tampon, with a soft retrieval cord, and there's nothing visible or audible. That's rather the point — most people use them while getting on with the day precisely because nobody would know.
Can I return them if they don't work for me?
Unopened sets can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons we can't accept an opened set, so if you're unsure whether these are right for you, message us before you open the packaging and we'll help you decide.
