A randomized trial in the Journal of Physiotherapy examined a 12-week telerehabilitation program for women with pelvic floor dysfunction following cancer treatment.

58 women with urinary incontinence were assigned to weekly group telerehabilitation with supervised PFMT or minimal care. The intervention included PFMT with proper technique, "The Knack," urgency management, and optional vaginal dilators, self-massage, and movement exercises.
