I'm Amanda Olson from IntimateRose.com, and I'm a physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor rehabilitation.

One of the questions that we commonly hear at IntimateRose.com is, “Can I use the vaginal weights if I have a yeast infection?”

The answer is no: You're not going to want to be putting any outside, foreign body into the vagina if you have an active infection.

The one exception would be a tampon.

But you’re certainly not going to want to be using the weights.

It can lead to further irritation of the skin.

It's really best to just treat the yeast infection according to your physician’s orders and wait until it has passed, and then resume your exercise program.
