    Why didn’t I know about this earlier?

    When I first received the weights I could not even use the lightest one. It’s been three weeks and I’m slowly building up strength with the second one. It will probably be a slow process but it’s been 30 years of incontinence. I discontinued the medication I was on and I’ve already surpassed the improvement the drugs were giving me. I was doing Kegels on my own for weeks without much improvement. I’m definitely keeping up with the recommended routine - I just wish I was told about these years ago.
