Intimate Rose Kegel System is Doctor Recommended

VIDEO TRANSCRIPT

Hi, I'm Amanda Olson. I'm a physical therapist certified in pelvic floor rehabilitation, and I treat patients with a wide variety of pelvic floor issues, some of which require educating patients in how to do proper Kegels.

Kegels are a contraction of the pelvic floor muscles that is done by squeezing and lifting the muscles.

The best way to achieve this muscle contraction properly is to gently exhale during the contraction and imagine that your urethra is a telescope, and that you're going to pull that telescope up and into your body.

Kegels can be done in a variety of methods.

One way to challenge the pelvic floor muscles during Kegel exercises is to use vaginal weights.

This is the Intimate Rose Kegel system; it comes with a bag for storage, a user guide, and a weight system.

I recommend these for my patients with stress and urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, postpartum pelvic floor weakness, some grades of pelvic prolapse, and for some forms of sexual dysfunction.

They include six progressive weights that allow women to start where they are strengthwise and to be able to progress, so that they can become stronger.

One of the most important factors about the product is that it's made of a body safe, medical-grade silicone that's BPA-free and hypoallergenic. It's also non-porous, so you can easily clean it with soap and water in between uses.

The reason I prefer this brand is that the silicone makes it much softer and more comfortable for my patients, in comparison with other products that are made of plastic.

Furthermore, this product comes with a detailed user guide and great customer support.

It inserts just like a tampon and removes via the silicone string, just like a tampon would.

This product is doctor recommended and affordable.

It's available with free shipping at IntimateRose.com.
